Day 1
The Venetian flavours journey stars with visit
in an historical vinery of Prosecco Wine ,
based on a prestigious villa dating back 1622,
in its wine cellars all bottles are properly kept
and looked after during the whole aging
process.
Lunch in a typical venetian “locanda-osteria”
in the area. To follow a visit of the stunning
middle ages town of Asolo also know as the
Pearl of Marca Trevigiana with tasting of the
particular extra virgin olive oil of Asolo hills
“Tapa Olearia” and Mount Grappa honey
accompanied with local products Transfer to
hotel that lie in green hills. Buffet dinner and
overnight in hotel.
Day 2
Guided visit of Castelfranco Veneto, land of
the Winter Flower, the Treviso Chicory and
homeland of the famous artist Giorgione.
Free time to stroll and shop under the
porches in the city centre.
Transfer to Sile river bank for lunch in typical
restaurant.
In the afternoon visit of Castello di Roncade
and its cellars with wine tasting of Ciani-
Bassetti estates. The flavours and senses
journey continues with a very popular and
particular local product the “Casatella” soft
cheese and the other traditional cheeses
produced in Treviso.
Return in hotel, gourmet dinner and
overnight.
Day 3
The itinerary ends in Bassano del Grappa,
town well know for three highlights: The old
Bridge and the story of First World War,
precious ceramic art craft, but overall for its
very strong spirit called Grappa! Visit with
tasting at Grappa Museum in a famous
distillery of the town. Free time to shop in the
historical shops of traditional and modern
ceramic and pottery. Lunch in a local
restaurant and return.
