Day1
Arrival and welcome of our staff. Accommodation in hotel 4 stars in the
green hills of Asolo, modern but with a cosy atmosphere. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Buffet Breakfast. Daily excursion “Island of Museums” an itinerary
among the most important operas and birth places of great artists: Palladio,
Canova and Giorgione. Visit of Possagno with the Temple and Gypsoteque
of the famous sculptor Antonio Canova, here born.
Than visit of the medieval town of Asolo with the Civic Museum and the rooms dedicated to its great woman: Freya Stark, Eleonora Duse and the Queen Cornaro. Our daily tour ended with the visit of Villa di Maser, a masterpiece of Andrea Palladio, surrounded by green wine yards. Return in hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 3
Buffet Breakfast.
Today the keywords are perfume and flavours!
Starting wit a visit and tasting in a winery of Wine road of Montello and Asolo
hills, than a tasting of local products: extravergine oil of Tapa Olearia and honey
of Mount Grappa. In the afternoon transfer to a well-known restaurant of the
area for a cooking classes with one of the best chef! You will prepare the sweet
typical cake of Tiramisù! Dinner with your dessert. Return in hotel and overnight.
Day 4
Buffet Breakfast.
We will continue the art itinerary with the visit of Castelfranco Veneto, birth place of painter Giorgione by a new way “Urban Trekking”. Visit of Museum House Giorgione and the near Cathedral with his “Pala”. Free time in the city centre. In the afternoon visit of another important villa of Palladio: Villa Emo the real villas of countryside! Return in hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 5
Buffet Breakfast.
A gastronomy day: you will start with a visit of local
open market to buy the fresh vegetables and fruits of our lands. Transfer to
restaurant for the second cooking classes with chef! Lunch prepare with your
dishes. In the afternoon free time for shopping or relax yourself. Return in
hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Return
